DELIVERY

We cannot deliver to a P O Box. Physical addresses only.

RETURNS

We stand by our products and hope you love your White Ivy purchase. Please check and try on garments as soon as you receive them. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we are happy to exchange it.

Please email us within 7 days at info@whiteivy.com.au to advise us if you wish to exchange a garment.

If the garment received is the wrong size (colour or even style) we will happily replace it providing it has only been tried on and not worn. We thoroughly inspect all items before dispatch and will only refund if goods are faulty. Refunds will be given at our discretion. Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase undamaged, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging. A copy of the original receipt is also required and your contact details for delivery of a replacement item.

Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges.

Please note that there are strictly no returns, exchanges or refunds on sale items.

Unless the customer has another valid written agreement with White Ivy, the terms and conditions outlined under the HELP section of this website apply to all sales made via the online store or otherwise. By purchasing goods from White Ivy you agree to the stated terms and conditions.

PAYMENT

All prices and shipping rates quoted on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD). All prices and shipping rates are inclusive of GST but exclude delivery charges. All payments will be processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order via the PayPal payment gateway. If you do not have a PayPal account you can alternatively pay by credit card on the PayPal site.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders placed on our website will be processed within one to two working days. Orders will only be processed during business hours of 10am to 5.30pm (AEST) Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

A correct delivery address, name, contact number and email address are required for the order to be processed. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

If any item you have ordered needs to be manufactured or ordered a member of White Ivy will notify you regarding delivery time or cancellation of your order.

PRIVACY POLICY

White Ivy will collect and use personal information obtained through the White Ivy website for the purposes of identification and processing sales transactions. We are fully committed to maintaining and using this information responsibly and do not sell, rent or share your personal information with any other third parties. We may use this information to send you periodic newsletters and special offers, from which you will be given the option to unsubscribe if you so elect.
